Description: This Graff is a true collaboration, a hybrid of ideas, as well as a hybrid of Beer and Cider. Initially brewed as a beer, it then undergoes a secondary fermentation with the addition of unfiltered Apple Juice or ‘Must’, sourced right here in Abbotsford. Heavily Dry- Hopped with Jarrylo and Mosaic, our Graf is crisp and dry, with a big juicy bouquet of pear, apple, tangerine and stonefruit.
