Description: Miss Edna Blackberry Sour Ale is named for our Head Brewer's grandmother, Edna Rabe. Edna was known throughout Lexington, TX for her homemade blackberry jams that she would make from her own berry bushes. Soured and fermented with a unique lactic acid producing yeast and conditioned on over 400 lbs of blackberry Puree. Deep purple, tart, sweet, and delicious. Here's to Miss Edna!
