Description: The Son of Ninja (S.O.N) is a rotating series of various dark beers. The S.O.N. is the result of a unique and underused technique of brewing called Parti Gyle. The first runnings of the mash are used to make a strong beer (our Suburban Ninja Imperial Stout), then the mash is sparged, and the second runnings are collected to make a "small beer." Well, small compared to the beer made with the first runnings. This version is a double stout with a dash of lactose sugar to lend a smooth and sweet body. Drink up, it won't be around long!
