Description: Inspired by all things pirate, this wild-fermented imperial-strength pineapple wine has been delicately spiced with cinnamon, clove, and allspice, and sprinkled with light Mexican piloncillo. Post-fermentation, the liquid spent 6 months in a freshly-emptied Dominican rum barrel. We then infused it with toasted, unsweetened coconut and fresh banana. The resulting liquid is a deliciously dry and tart tropical vacation in a bottle. Unlike our standard Tepache!, which provides the building blocks for this beverage, Bootylicious is meant to be sipped on its own and NOT mixed with beer or champagne.
