Description: About a year ago two random Cognac Barrels showed up on our loading dock. Cellarman Marty dubbed these barrels "High There!" and "Dear John" and topped them off with Institutionalized Barleywine. The resulting brew has deep aromas and flavors of stone fruits, bourbon, molasses, toasted coconut, and vanilla.
