Description: For this variation on Fields of Rye, we took the Fields base wort, and primary fermented it in one of our foeders using our house mixed culture. We then refermented it on a healthy dose of Colorado-grown Bing cherries and some black currants Elissa picked from her favorite shrub in the Dale Ball system. We are geeked on getting some local currants into a beer we enjoy so dearly. This beer has a measured pH of 3.34 and a titratable acidity (TA) value of 9.6 g/L. Cheers!
