Description: This Brett IPA combines the best of both worlds; a fruity aromatic American IPA and the use of the Roy-Pitz strain of the funky yeast brettanomyces. This unique strain was captured by brewers at Roy-Pitz right outside of the brewery in Chambersburg, PA. This work horse yeast strain helps to build this bone dry fruity and hop forward ale. The Culpbrett is dry hopped with a blend of Citra and Amarillo hops and is aged, conditioned and served in the tanks at the Roy-Pitz Barrel House in Philadelphia.
