Ryed'n the Storm Out | R.Shea Brewing

ABV: 8.0%
IBU: 85
Style: IPA - Imperial / Double
Actively Produced
Description: It's name is a moniker to the Akron storms that pop-up from lake effect during the winter to muggy summers. This is Head Brewer Jesse's creation using 20% rye as a toast to the storm. Rye give beers a 'different' bitterness as opposed to hop bitterness. This beer is then hopped with Simcoe and lots of Chinook.
