Description: Our next IPA is a combo of Citra and a newly named hop, Denali. Both have a strong fruity character. We kept the base malt similar to previous IPAs but gave this one a little bump up in strength. Again unfiltered, the hops are allowed to shine with flavors of citrus rind, pineapple, and some supporting pineyness. A prospector must also make claims, meaning they must erect posts with the appropriate placards on all four corners of a desired land they wish to prospect and register this claim before they may take samples.
