Description: For this year’s bourbon barrel aged release, we aged a small amount of wood barrels using cocoa nibs from our friends at Tejas Chocolate. Each wood barrel received 10 lb of cocoa nibs and aged for 12 months. The beer itself is a dessert full of aroma and flavors of chocolate, bourbon, toffee, pumpkin, and spices.
