Description: A french saison aged in french oak wine barrels that had cabernet franc pommace (grape skins and stems left over post press) in it. This immediately started a secondary fermentation of its own and was allowed to age in the barrels 10 months on the cab franc. This wine has developed a very pleasant, slight sourness that compliments both the beer and the wine alike, and made something truly unique and exciting.
