Description: We aged Threat Level Morning (our coffee stout) for a few weeks on amburana wood. This Brazilian wood has a warming cinnamon-like aroma. Rather than the "hotter" spice of cinnamon candy though, it is rounded and buttery, almost like a cinnamon roll. Sounds like breakfast to us!
