Description: A collaboration brew with the Lucky Monk: A refreshing take on a Belgian style Witbier. Pale, hazy in appearance, it's true to the classics - bready with soft, dry, slightly tart finish. Local blueberries from McCann's Berry Farm in Woodstock and DeGrandchamp in South Haven, MI. The blueberry addition is subtle in this witbier and is most noticeable at the end of the finish as the beer warms a little - somewhat like a light blueberry pancake flavor. Open fermented.
