Inspired by easy drinking Belgian Saisons, we utilise oats and rye for a slightly rustic edge, backed up with a firm bitterness from new world hops. We ferment it cool with a Belgian yeast strain and dry hop with two hop varieties for a subtle, spicy, tropical fruit aroma. The result is a highly drinkable ale with unique character.
