Description: For this Saison, the intention was rooted in delicacy, with our first "dried fried" usage. We sourced these dried Satsumas from a small importer who also assisted in our banana nibs for Brooklyn Vibes and some Yuzu juice for another soft Saison. The result is a beer fitting of the Side Project name and one which we hope to brew again soon. Over ripened citrus, with a very soft palate, round tartness and vibrant aromatics create a very delicate experience.
