Description: One year ago, we filled whiskey barrels from our neighborhood friends at both Crater Lake Spirits & Oregon Spirit Distillers with a boysenberry-fermented Baltic Porter. Once we tasted through these two sets of barrels, our team was impressed by the unique & tempting quality of both. It was clear that the original plan of blending them together would be the loss of a rare opportunity.
