Description: Historically brewed in Einbeck, Germany, a Bock is a full-bodied, strong, malty lager, amber in colour with a clean aroma and hints of toffee and barley sugar. St Austell Cornish Bock is brewed in the springtime using Cornish grown barley and our own lager yeast, it is fermented slowly at low temperatures to yield a robust yet clean and refreshing summer drink.
