Description: The nineteenth release in Summit's Unchained series is Make It So – a English Special Bitter infused with Earl Grey Tea. The black tea was soaked in bergamot oil to give it a light citrus flavor. Added during the fermentation process instead of dry hopping, the tea gives the ale a bright citrus note. Flavors of toasted and bready malts, earth hops and light honey round out this brew.
