Description: In the spirit of the winter season we bring you our winter lager in hopes that you have not been naughty enough to get a visit from Krampus, the anti-St. Nick. This beautiful red, amber brew is crystal clear with a clean tart, fresh fruity, spicy, earthy twang in the nose. The smells of the Holiday season are from all German, malts & Hallertau hops along with reserved use of allspice, ginger, cinnamon, clove & nutmeg. The flavor is a complex tart, earthy, fruity, berry, almost Belgian, but lighter twang to it. Should pair well with your Thanksgiving meal or any of the cooler weather treats like squash, sweet potatoes, roasted duck or chicken.
