Description: Featuring malt from Indiana’s Sugar Creek Malt Co., hops from Indy High Bines and honey from Hunter’s Honey Farm in Martinsville, IN, this Midwest honey saison or biere de miel, underwent primary fermentation with Taxman’s house saison yeast and secondary fermentation in wine barrels with brettanomyces and meadowfoam honey. The result is a complex, reddish amber saison, with sweet marshmallow aromatics, mild honey sweetness and a pronounced sparkling dry bretty finish.
