Description: A triple chocolate imperial milkstout. We used small amounts of dark candy sugar when brewing to get hints of crispy toffee in the background and a medium amount of lactose to give the stout a smooth pillowy sweetness to back it up. Then after finished fermentation we transferred it to the adjunct tank and let it rest on HUGE amounts of cacao nibs from three different countries. We used Alta Verapaz from Guatemala, Sambirano from Madagascar and Esmeralda from Ecuador. It is kind of like drinking chocolate sauce, but with 11.5% ABV. Seductively thick and tasty!
