Description: Nelson Smith, SIH is an experiment in esters produced by our house yeast culture. Using exclusively Mecca Grade's LaMonta malt he first brewed a single malt, high gravity wort that our yeast began chewing on. A week later he introduced a very low gravity wort ij order to get a different yeast derived components. Aged in first use wine barrels, dry hopped with Goschie Farms Cascade hops & bottle fermented with rich El Cuatro wort contribute to the Wilderness of this fine Apothecary.
