We added juicy raspberries and ripe cherries, along with cacao and vanilla beans, to a special blend of our bourbon barrel-aged imperial stout with our bourbon barrel-aged sour stout. The acidity from the sour stout melds with sweet malt character from the imperial stout, and the tartness from the berries brings a delicious complexity.
