Description: After tasting through some barrels of Oude Tart and finding strong smokey attributes...we decided to make it even more smokey and see what would come of it. Oude Fumé took premium Oude Tart Barrels and aged them on Sour Keith's world-famous BBQ home-smoked wine barrel staves. Pleasantly tart with hints of leather, dark fruit, and now massively smokey oak notes.
