Description: Rich Terra (8.3%) -- DIPA brewed with Maris Otter, malted rye, malted oats, and flaked wheat; hopped in the kettle with Cirta, Azacca, and Mosaic, dry hopped irresponsibly (by our standards) with Citra, Wakatu, Mosaic, and Belma. The richness of the Maris Otter is balanced with a bright spicy character from the rye malt, and this luscious combination of hops has all sorts of lush fruit flavors bursting in each sip. This beer is soft and juicy with a firm bitterness. We're tasting ripe muddled strawberries, pithy tangerine peel, lemon meringue pie, and a weird pineapple fruit tart.
