Description: Ballyhoo is a collaboration with Cloudwater. it’s an imperial fruit sour. we’ve blended two different batches of soured beer to naturally achieve a 7.0% abv base beer. Into that, we blended strawberry, raspberry and blueberry puree to give it a summer pudding finish. Its thick and fruity, sour and tangy glass of summer. Goes well with Northern soul and Southern funk. Featuring Paul Jones, Cloudwater head honcho.
