True to its name, Citra delivers an intense hit of grapefruit, melon, lime, gooseberry and passionfruit notes. Ridiculously aromatic Azacca, a newer dwarf hop named for the Haitian god of agriculture, exudes tart tropical notes and a slight grassiness to balance it all out.
