Description: This collaboration is a dark sour beer aged in oak barrels with sour cherries. 50% of this beer is a black Brett Bruxellensis beer (which was also used in Ensorcelled, our dark sour with raspberries) and the other 50% is from batch #2, a golden sour fermented with Brett Lambicus and Lactobacillus Debrueckii. This beer is assertively sour and decadent, with notes of dark chocolate and cherries.
