Description: Making its inaugural return since it was first released in 2013 as the second beer in our Noble Star Collection. Framboise Du Nord was fermented with a mixed culture of yeast, Lactobacillus and Brettanomyces and then aged for six months in one of our cypress wood lagering tanks from 1936 before being transferred onto nearly 5,000 pounds of raspberries. Neon red in color with a bright lactic tartness and bursting with a fresh raspberry aroma.
