Description: The world of beer seems to be going through a whirlwind romance with hops right now. Just as phenolic, peaty whisky is in huge demand (a style distillers had to hide in blends in the 70s) hop-bombs are becoming commonplace in the craft beer community. We love hops too although we don’t quite take our bitterness to levels that others might. We’ve added a healthy portion of American bittering and aroma hops to our Pale and balanced them beautifully with a delicate sweetness that our Belgian yeast provides. We hope that you find it familiar enough to adopt it as a new favourite and different enough to make it memorable.
