Description: A collaboration brew with Dead Good Beer. I have recently changed the name to Black Forest Porter as it is certainly not bitter. Has no hops in it. Base beer is a chocolate, biscuity, very very sweet darkish ale (FG 1033). Tart cherry juice added to the ferment gives a tart finish. If you dare, try it mulled with the addition of a few spices and some sugar. Limited edition, only 700 litres made. Martin (Brewer)
