Description: Holiday (7.2%, 70 IBU) is a West Coast IPA inspired by one of our favorite holiday classics, Sierra Nevada Celebration. We tried our best to accomplish something similar, yet unique in its own right using our 7bbl pilot mash tun as a hop back for whole leaf 2023 Centennial. We tossed in some NZ and US Cascade as well. Holiday displays malty notes of X-mas tree sap, lemon, and caramel.
