Description: Once upon a time we wanted to have a special holiday beer in our tasting room but were unable to fit it in our brew schedule…so we infused kegs of our regular coffee stout with a blend of dark roasted Willoughby’s coffee and vanilla. The response was amazing and we knew that we needed to share it in bottles. Our brewers began working on a new recipe to bring together all of the great qualities and flavor of our original brew on a larger scale and with a higher gravity. The result is the perfect combination of the caramel flavor of the roasted malts, the rich taste of the coffee and the sweet smoothness of the vanilla.
