We age Haunted Barrel in rum and bourbon barrels for six months then add cacao and vanilla to create the ultimate trick-or-treat beer. Haunted Jubilee mimics the flavor profile of the rum-infused cherries jubilee dessert but swaps in raspberry instead of cherry along with Tahitian vanilla bean in our best rum barrels.
