Description: Thunderhawk’s Saison incorporates a cornucopia of flavors blending harmoniously with each other to create an incredibly unique beer. We’ve utilized orange blossom honey from Mikolich Farms in San Diego, organic raw ginger, and lightly toasted American Oak that all play well smoothing out the slightly spicy tone of the Saison Yeast. In this version we added Torrey pine needles for another layer of resinous complexity. The Torrey Pine (Pinus torreyana) only grows on the coast of San Diego and on Santa Rosa Island. A treat indeed.
