Description: Mad Saison is a Belgian Style Strong IPA with 12 percent alcohol, it is an aromatic IPA with a lot of U.S. Hops it is a beer with rough and vinous character of Belgian beers. MadSaison is a beer produced using only the first wort! The yeast we used is a Belgian yeast suitable for the production of high-grade alcohol beers with slim body to give this beer an ease way drinking character. The hops we used are a blend of the best American aromatic varieties, both in the brewhouse and in Dry-Hopping.
