Description: Berliner Weisse which underwent a 24 hour lactobacillus fermentation before being innoculated with our house Saison yeast (and the yeast/bacteria from Tom's cider). The end result is reminiscent of a fine Basque Cider: Bright and acidic with notes of fresh pressed apples, bright lemon, and white grapes.
