Description: Sustained Transient Self is our Sustained IntraConically Hopped Double IPA. Brewed atop a buoyant mountain of oats and wheat. IntraConically Hopped in a Sustained manner with Citra, Mosaic, and Simcoe. All hops were added entirely throughout fermentation in a metered hourly/daily fashion. No hops were added to Sustained Transient Self while the beer was warmer than 72F. Our new hopping technique has given way to an incredibly smooth, bright, and downright luscious Double IPA full of super juicy tangerine, vanilla cream, lemon meringue, guava preserves, mango lassi, and end of season honey drenched cantaloupe
