Description: Hop Wise is our brand new session IPA. In this beer we used the same amount of hops, as for some of our double IPA's. The malt bill used both oats and wheat, and a touch of Munich malt. Using techniques from our previous session IPA's, we also used a small amount of maltodextrine, just for a bit of extra body, but not the sweetness. This beer features Citra, Simcoe and cryo Mosaic, a truly unbeatable combination. Enjoy!
