Description: Sailing Through The Night is the first porter we have ever made at Brus. We have made Baltic Porters before, but never a "classic" style porter. However, we gave it a twist. This beer features a very complex grain bill, featuring several roasted malts, and English crystal malts and oats. In the kettle, we used Chinook hops, and for an extra kick, we dry-hopped it with a fantastic batch of Columbus. It is a very dry porter with a fairly high bitterness, but it plays very well together with the roasted malts.
