Description: We’ve employed various techniques to use wine grapes in this wild ale. From long-term maceration of the beer on the grapes, to adding our spontaneously fermented wine. This, together with the fact that we’ve never used this much wine grapes in a beer (approximately 625 grams per liter), results in a very wine-like beer with a lot of different layers in taste and aroma.
