Description: Fifty Three draws inspiration from many areas, including an idea first utilized in Curiosity Six back in 2014 and more recently in Curiosity Fifty Two - malted white wheat! For this batch, we increased the volume of wheat, increased the amount of base malt, and utilized a large and more complex hop bill of some of our favorite northwest American hops. The resulting beer is brilliant hazy orange in the glass and tastes like a tangy orange creamsicle, with a wheaty and effervescent body playing beautifully with the fresh selection of hops. Curiosity Fifty Three is full of flavor, elegantly balanced, and easy drinking - In short, it is everything we enjoy about a Double IPA. Enjoy.
