Description: Spacetime Continuum is an imperial stout blended with 30% barrel-aged Space & Time. The base beer is custom and crafted specifically with a blend in mind to achieve a finished beer that achieves balance and supreme drinkability. The intent is to put forth a beer with all of the lovely characteristics of a purely barrel-aged beer, but without excessive harshness or booziness. The threads of barreled beer were aged 18 months, lending a soft vanilla, bourbon, and oak character to a rich and pleasing base beer. Spacetime Continuum pours an oily black in the glass and emits flavors and aroma of dark chocolate wafer cookies, bourbon-soaked vanilla, roasted malts, and dried dark fruit.
