Description: The Prodigal Haze Part V combines Citra, Nelson, Rakau, and Peacharine to create a symphony of tropical fruit flavor. Brewed with pale malt and a hint of extra light caramel malt, it has a hefty malt body that balances and propels the nearly eight-pound-per-barrel dry hop. In addition, a new cold-steeping procedure was utilized following the hot-side brewing process. With a big teak to the grist of previous iterations, Part V pours a hazy, light yellow color into your glass. It explodes on the palate with fresh summer stone fruit, juicy orange, mango nectar, and sweet passion fruit. It finishes softly with minimal alcohol presence, enticing your next sip. We find the best beers to be just as enjoyable at the end of your glass
