Description: The women of Trillium got together once again to participate in Pink Boots Society’s Collaboration Brew Day. The Trillium ladies created a stunning iteration of our Double Seesaw Series. As we all crave for the warm weather, the ladies have brought you a quenching, tropical gose. If this beer doesn’t make you want to run to the beach, we don’t know what will! Our standard Seesaw labels depict a seesaw (or two or three) positioned on a natural angle. We decided to change it up a bit. Level Playing Field shows two balanced seesaws representing the balance of gender at Trillium, and to show how proud we are to work here. For more background on this beer’s story, read up over on our blog! When creating this special recipe, the ladies decided on an eye-catching dose of passion fruit, prickly pear, and dragon fruit. Level Playing Field pours an astounding dark pink color with a light haze offering seductive aromas of bright, tropical fruit. Flavors of passion fruit and dragon fruit strike the palate while the prickly pear provides a delightful tartness. Effervescent and medium bodied, Level Playing Field has a moderate level of acidity balanced by a rejuvenating level of salinity.
