Brewed on our 10bbl Fort Point brewhouse, Permutation 6.16 is a luxurious imperial stout matured in one of our oak foeders from Foeder Crafters atop freshly toasted coconut. Pouring pitch black, with deep chestnut highlights and a creamy layer of mocha colored head, Permutation 6.16 utilizes a complex malt bill to achieve alluring aromas of rich cacao, dried fig, a robust roasty character, and chocolate cake topped with shaved coconut.
