Description: As we descend into (hopefully), the last few weeks of this sweaty, humid Summer and into the crisp Fall, we present a beer to make that transition a little easier. Summer Jetlag, the next in our series of Barrel Aged English Barleywines, makes it's return today. This version rested in Old Weller Bourbon Barrels for 17 months. From there, it was transferred onto second use Madagascar Vanilla Beans from this year's batch of Less Than Alone, to add a nice subtle vanilla character without coming over the top. After conditioning on the vanilla, the blend was then transferred to condition on a measured amount of in-house, organic toasted coconut.
