Description: It’s been more than a little while since this one last made an appearance. Arguably, and even by today’s standards, this deceptively simple hop combination is still one of our most beloved. Two of our most utilized hop varietals, Mosaic and Falconer’s Flight come together for impressions of sticky mango, passionfruit, apricot, and candied orange slices nestled deep within the softer cohesive foundation of our house ale fermentation profile. We’ve been taken with Mosaic ever since the first iteration of Nectar and Knife, and Falconer’s Flight has clearly been aggressively etched deeply into our collective DNA.
