Description: Parti-gyle is a brewing technique where you brew two batches of beer and then combine the first and second runnings of both batches, thus creating a stronger batch and a lighter batch. We like to brew our Parti-Gyle as a collaberation with Pirate Brewing as the lighter part of our Admiral Jack Hobo Imperial Stout brew day. It's a 4,0% Porter with heavily roasted chocolate and coffee notes. Very creamy finish. A lovely beer, at a party or otherwise.
