Decadent and full-bodied, Emo Night is an imperial stout with flavors inspired by candied pecans. This beer was aged on pecans, vanilla and a touch of cinnamon/maple to round out the baked good profile. The base of this beer is packed full of notes of chocolate, with a light roasted character from the malt. As the beer warms up, the vanilla, pecans and cinnamon become more present on the palette. Rawr!
